Request A Unit
Once you have requested a Storage Unit, we will send you all the documentation that will be required to conclude the agreement. We will require a signed Rental Agreement, a copy of your ID and a copy of your Proof of Address not older than 3 months.
Receive Confirmation
Once you have submitted and we have accepted the required documentation, we will confirm via email that you are clear to move in and we will confirm the Storage Unit number that has been allocated to you. Our Site Manager will be expecting you.
Move In
Our Site Manager will be expecting you on the date specified. The nominated Mobile numbers will be loaded onto the gate access system and you will have access to the Storage Facility during day light hours.
Remember to bring your own lock.
